Non-Return Policy:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any tea products that have been shipped. All sales are final. We are not responsible for damages that may occur during shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within three business days of receipt. We will review the case and may offer a replacement product at our discretion. To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide proof of the damage, such as photographs, and return the damaged product to us.
